Project
The Ipswich Alcohol and Other Drugs Residential Rehabilitation Facility (AODRRF) was built for Queensland Health.
The purpose-built centre provides residential rehabilitation and withdrawal management services for adults experiencing problematic substance use, and is operated by Lives Lived Well. It was designed to offer a safe, supportive environment where people can voluntarily engage in treatment and recovery programs. with the project being a key part of Queensland Health’s commitment to improving access to specialist services in the Ipswich region.
The facility offers live-in accommodation for up to 36 people and a dedicated 10-bed withdrawal unit. The single-level design includes a welcoming reception for clients and visitors, office space, and an overnight room for company members. There is parking for up to 30 cars with ambulance access for emergencies. Contract Floors rectified the floors, installed door transitions, wall and floor vinyl carpet tiles and a multitude of other products and services to achieve this fantastic end result.
