Hutchies built a new Bushland Retreat clubhouse for Ingenia Lifestyle’s Sanctuary at Victoria Point, a purpose-built facility designed to support wellness and connection for over 50s living. Located in the tranquil bushland surrounds, Queensland, the clubhouse includes a magnesium pool, gym, cinema, and a range of communal and wellness spaces. The Bushland Retreat used eco-friendly products such as marmoleum and cork, along side plus carpets.
